
MRT, the North Macedonian national broadcaster, have revealed that they are in talks to host the 2027 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
MRT’s Program Council met on Thursday 11th December. During the meeting, it was revealed that MRT are in discussions with the EBU in regards to hosting the 2027 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Notes from the meeting stated the following:
“MRT is currently negotiating with the EBU regarding the possibility of organising the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2027, which would be a great opportunity to promote the country and encourage young musical talents.”
