Last night, the 2025 Pan-ArcticVision Contest was held in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Not only were there three winners, but the next host region was revealed.
Following the Contest, a total of three winners were revealed. The Contest can be viewed again HERE. The winners were:
- The most Arctic song – Saina (Yakutia/Sakha Republic)
- The song that gives the most feeling of community and togetherness – Linus Johnsen (Northern Norway/Sápmi)
- The most revolutionary song – Geðbrigði (Iceland)
The Faroe Islands were selected to host the 2026 edition. The question “What area of the Arctic really needs a prize and deserves the chance to arrange the next edition of Pan-ArcticVision?” was put forward to an online vote. Each region had 1 to 12 points to give out.
