🇵🇹 #JESC25: Portugal Shine Bright At Junior Eurovision – Part 2/2

On the lead up to the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi, we will be taking a look back at participating countries past and present. Today we continue our look back with Portugal.

Simão Oliveira represented Portugal at the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Paris. Simão Oliveira participated with “O rapaz”, finishing in 11th place and 101 points.

Nicolas Alves represented Portugal at the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Yerevan. Nicolas Alves participated with “Anos 70”, finishing in 8th place and 121 points.

Júlia Machado represented Portugal at the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice. Júlia Machado participated with “Where I Belong”, finishing in 13th place and 75 points.

Victoria Nicole represented Portugal at the 2024 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Madrid. Victoria Nicole participated with “Esperança”, finishing in 2nd place and 213 points – Portugal’s best position to date.

Inês Gonçalves will represent Portugal at the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbillisi, with “Para onde vai o amor?”. Can Inês achieve Portugal’s first victory in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest?
