ABC Radio Australia, the Australian national broadcaster, have announced the winner of Pacific Break 2025. The finalists came from Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands & Vanuatu.

Following the jury vote, Mantis from Vanuatu has taken victory at Pacific Break 2025. You can listen to the winning song “Weatherman” below:

Following his victory, Mantis had the following to say:

“For hip-hop and rap artists from Vanuatu, I hope that this will be a stepping stone in developing our music scene here and the industry.”
