
On the lead up to the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi, we will be taking a look back at participating countries past and present. Today we continue our look back with Sweden.
Sweden debuted at the 2003 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Copenhagen. The Honeypies participated with “Stoppa mig”, finishing in 15th place and 12 points.
Limelights represented Sweden at the 2004 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Lillehammer. Limelights participated with “Varför jag?”, finishing in 15th place and 8 points.
M+ represented Sweden at the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Hasselt. M+ participated with “Gränslös kärlek”, finishing in 15th place and 22 points.
Molly Sandén represented Sweden at the 2006 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Bucharest. Molly Sandén participated with “Det finaste någon kan få”, finishing in 3rd place and 116 points – Sweden’s best position to date.
