TG4, the Irish national broadcaster, have continued the broadcast of Junior Eurovision Éire 2025 – their national selection for the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Following the auditions that were held in Athlone, Cork and Dublin, ten finalists were chosen to compete in Junior Eurovision Éire 2025. This evening, the first round proper of the Contest took place. Two of the permanent judges, Niamh Ní Chróinín and Hugh Carr, were joined by guest judge Brooke Scullion. The two eliminated acts were:

• Aodán Murphy
• Na Feirmeoirí

The remaining eight acts will participate again next week for one of six places in the semi final – they are:

• Abbie Flatley
• Brooke Stanton
• Holly Lennon
• Isla McManus
• Lia & Olivia
• Lottie O’Driscoll Murray
• Peter Byrne
• Teagan Byrne
