LRT, the Lithuanian national broadcaster, have confirmed changes to EUROVIZIJA.LT 2026 – their national selection for the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest.

LRT have announced a number of changes ahead of EUROVIZIJA.LT 2026. Applications to take part have yet to be announced. The changes for 2026 include:

• No SuperFinal – all EUROVIZIJA.LT finalists will have a chance to represent Lithuania next year.
• Tie Breakers – Televoting will break ties instead of the Jury.
• App Voting – Televoting & SMS voting will be joined by App voting in 2026; further details will be announced in due course.
• 3rd Placed Semi-Finalists – The Semi-Finalists finishing in 3rd place will enter an online vote to become a wildcard Finalist.
