
Charlotte Perrelli, two-times winner of Melodifestivalen, as well as the winner of the 1999 Eurovision Song Contest, wants to represent Spain.
In an interview with Expressen, Charlotte Perrelli spoke about her dream to represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest. Charlotte Perrelli had the following to say:
“The dream would have been if Sweden had won Eurovision the year before and that I would then be allowed to come home to Sweden but compete for Spain. I would have died, what a dream!”
