
RTVSLO, the Slovenian national broadcaster, have confirmed the fourteen finalists for Melodije morja in sonca 2025 – the 44th edition. Melodije morja in sonca 2025 will be broadcast live on TV SLO 1 from 21:00 CEST and will be hosted by Lorella Flego and Mario Galunič.
The competition which is held in Portorož, is a highlight of the Slovenian music scene, bringing together artists to compete with new songs. The fourteen finalists, alongside the running order for the 2025 final, are:
- Boštjan Pertinač – “Več kot beseda”
- Avtomobili – “Ti ne veš”
- Eva Lorbek – “Šepet valov”
- De Cheapkiss band – “Mi imamo vse na dlani”
- Lara Krneža – “Morje, povej”
- Aleksander Novak – “Je ob tebi dosti sonca”
- Tanja Lončar – “Poti Aleksandrink”
- Patrik Mrak – “S tokom nemirnega morja”
- Angelica Zacchigna – “Mai più”
- Oto Pesner – “Ko bi znal”
- Regen – “Jaz in ti”
- Rok Ahačevčič – “Tiran”
- Dare Kaurič – “Kristalno jasno”
- Samantha Maya – “Horizont”
The winner of Melodije morja in sonca 2025 will be determined by a combination of public televoting, audience voting within the venue, a jury of radio stations and a proffessional jury. The winner will receive €2,500 and will receive a further €2,000 to film an official video of their song.
