Omrop Fryslân, the Dutch regional broadcaster, have revealed song submission details for Liet 2025 – their selection for the Regio Songfestival 2025.

Omrop Fryslân have revealed that 22 song submissions have been made for Liet 2025. Ten songs will be revealed on Monday 16th June, when the public will be able to vote online for their favourite. The act that receives the most votes will receive a place in the final, with the jury then selecting six other finalists from the nine remaining songs.

The final of Liet 2025 will take place on Thursday 11th September, in Leeuwarden. The WINNER of Liet 2025 will no longer automatically represent Friesland at the 2025 Regio Songfestival. The winner of Liet 2025 will receive an automatic place in the Friesland selection for the 2025 Regio Songfestival. In addition, the two public favourites in Liet 2025 will also now get the opportunity to compete in the Friesland selection.
