Omar Retamal, Voxovation’s representative for Eurovision Latin America, has revealed the following details surrounding the deadline set for Monday 31st March.

Following an analysis of the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Turin, it was revealed that Argentina, Brazil, Chile & Mexico were four of the biggest markets outside of Europe, who didn’t compete within the Contest. It is expected that following the deadline, an announcement for Eurovision Latin America will be made during the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Basel.

An announcement was also made about the live broadcast of the Contest. Not only will the Contest be shown live across Latin America, it is hoped it’ll be shown live across Europe on television, as well as digital platforms.
