The Swiss Federal Railways have confirmed an additional 1,600 services ahead of the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Basel, as well as other upcoming events.

An additional 2,000 customer service personnel will be on duty, alongside these 1,600 services. During 2025, an additional 900,000 visitors are expected – 250,000 of which are estimated for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest. What the additional services will look like during Contest week have yet to be announced.
