LTV, the Latvian national broadcaster, have confirmed their continued non-participation at the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

While LTV’s Press Department confirmed the non-participation at the 2025 Contest, no official reason was given. In the last few years, LTV confirmed their non-participation was due to a lack of funding.
