
Here at Eurovision Ireland, we are taking a historical look back on our favourite Contests past and present, on the very day they took place. Today it’s December 1st:
Saturday 1st December 2012
On this day in 2012, the 10th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest took place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Albania, Azerbaijan & Israel all debuted. Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania & North Macedonia all withdrew. Ukraine took victory with Anastasiya Petryk performing “Nebo” and 138 points.
