
Eurovision Ireland’s countdown to the 2024 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Madrid, continues today. This year, our countdown will look at the top Acts to ‘Bloom’ for the Participating Countries past and present, while we will also look at the top five Acts to ‘Bloom’ from all the previous Contests.
Today we are looking at the Valletta Contest of 2016. The top five Acts to ‘Bloom’ at Valetta 2016 were:
Georgia, 1st: Mariam Mamadashvili, “Mzeo” (239 points)
Armenia, 2nd: Anahit & Mary, “Tarber” (232 points)
Italy, 3rd: Fiamma Boccia, “Cara mamma (Dear Mom)” (209 points)
Russia, 4th: The Water of Life Project, “Water of Life” (202 points)
Australia, 5th: Alexa Curtis, “We Are” (202 points)
