The BBC Strictly Come Dancing series 2024 edition is now in full swing . As we have done over the last years, this year we will continue to look for any connections to Eurovision throughout the series.

Last Saturday saw Welsh opera singer Wynne Evans and professional dancer Katya Jones perform a Tango to the song “Money , Money , Money ” by Abba . Abba were the winners of the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden , held in Brighton , with the song “Waterloo”.
