The EBU, the European Broadcasting Union, have confirmed that Eurovision Choir will not be returning next year.
The choral Contest was due to return last year, with LTV, the Latvian national broadcaster due to host once again, however the EBU later cancelled the 2023 edition. Alongside Latvia, four other countries had already confirmed participation – Belgium, Lithuania, Slovenia and Wales. LTV had the original idea for the Contest back in 2016, before the inaugural Contest took place the following year.
