
RÚV, the Icelandic national broadcaster, have opened their song submissions for Söngvakeppnin 2025 – their national selection for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Basel.
RÚV have opened song submissions for Söngvakeppnin 2025 and will remain open until Sunday 13th October. A total of 10 songs will be chosen to compete in Söngvakeppnin 2025, following a review of all the entries by representatives of RÚV, the Iceland Society of Authors and Composers and the Association of Icelandic Music Artists. Söngvakeppnin 2025 will feature a new format, which will be revealed at a later date.
