LRT, the Lithuanian national broadcaster, has confirmed participation at the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Switzerland.

While LRT announced their participation, they also confirmed that Eurovizija.lt will continue as their national selection. The song submission window is now open HERE and will remain open until Monday 11th November. Eurovizija.lt will consist of 4 or 5 semi finals, which will commence in January. Audrius Giržadas, the Lithuanian Head of Delegation, had the following to say:

“In preparation for the national EUROVIZIJA.LT selection, this year we decided to start the registration period in the summer. We hope that the invitation will encourage artists and songwriters who have already chosen their Eurovision song, but will also inspire them to create more than one hit in the coming months.”
