RÚV, the Icelandic national broadcaster, have confirmed that they will not be participating at the 2024 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Madrid.
In December, RÚV had still NOT RULED OUT participation at this year’s Contest in Madrid. However, RÚV have now decided that their debut will not be made in Madrid.
