LRT, the Lithuanian national broadcaster, have announced the participants of EUROVIZIJA.LT – their national selection for the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest, in Malmo.

Forty participants will compete across five Semi Finals. Two participants will qualify from each Semi Final. The Semi Finals will commence on Saturday 13th January, while the Grand Final will take place on Saturday 15th February. The forty competing participants are:

Audrius Giržadas, the Head of Delegation for Lithuania, had the following to say:

“In the selection shows for Eurovision 2024 starting in January, we will hear songs of various genres – both lyrical and alternative music, which will be performed by well-known and experienced participants on the Eurovision stage, as well as by new artists. The list includes 40 part, who were carefully selected from more than 60 applicants by specially formed working groups.

I am glad that this year’s selection received a considerable number of applications. This shows that Lithuania’s participation in the song competition, which has been going on for 30 years, is still interesting for both the performers and the audience, who will be able to sit down and watch the national selection for six winter Saturday’s.”
