Yle, the Finnish national broadcaster, have sent an observer to the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice.

The Assistant Head of Delegation for Eurovision and Associate Producer for UMK, Matti Myllyaho, is observing the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest on behalf of the Finnish national broadcaster. Yle have previously broadcast the Contest in 2003.
