RTS, the Serbian national broadcaster, has confirmed that they will not be participating at the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice.

RTS will not be participating due to financial reasons. Olivera Kovacevic, RTS Entertainment Programme’s Editor-in-Chief, had the following to say:

“Unfortunately RTS made this decision due to economic reasons.”
