LRT, the Lithuanian national broadcaster, has confirmed that they will not be participating at the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice.

Lithuania have participated at the Contest four times, however has not participated since 2012. Mantas Velykis, LRT’s Head of Marketing, had the following to say:

“I inform that Lithuania will not be in Junior Eurovision this year.”
