
MRT, the North Macedonian national broadcaster, has revealed participation discussions are still ongoing for the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest and 2024 Eurovision Song Contest.
The MRT Program Council met for the 208th time at the end of last month, to discuss the nation’s participation in both Contests. The MRT Program Council has encouraged participation in the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, as it will develop the talents of North Macedonian children.
Snezhana Klincharova of the MRT Program Council, has mentioned the broadcaster should start their Junior Eurovision Song Contest preparations much earlier, preferably mid-March.
