
Over the course of October and November, on the lead up to the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, we will be celebrating the countries that have participated at the Contest. Today, we celebrate Montenegro.
Montenegro debuted at the Contest in 2014, in Marsa, Malta. Masa Vujadinovic & Lejla Vulic finished in fourteenth place with their entry “Budi dijete na jedan dan”, scoring 24 points. This included one set of twelve points from the EBU.
The most successful and most recent entry from Montenegro was in 2015, when the Contest took place in Sofia, Bulgaria. Jana Mirkovic finished in thirteenth place with her entry “Oluja”, scoring 36 points. This included one set of twelve points from the EBU.
