
CyBC, the Cypriot national broadcaster has announced it’s plans for the 2023 and 2024 Eurovision Song Contest.
Andrew Lambrou has been internally selected to represent Cyprus in Liverpool. Andrew finished seventh in Australia Decides 2022. CyBC are continuing their collaboration with PANIK Records.
For 2024, PANIK Records has agreed to work on a Talent show with CyBC, to pick the Cypriot representative for the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest. It is still early to say whether or not if the All Together Now format will be used, as ANNOUNCED back in May.
Giorgos Arsenakos, CEO of PANIK Records, had the following to say:
“We have agreed with the state channel of Cyprus to do a talent show, the winner of which will represent Cyprus in the 2024 Eurovision contest.”
