Tonight, the third heat of Junior Eurovision Éire was broadcast. Six acts took to the stage with the hope of making the Semi Final of this year’s Contest. Each act was awarded a mark out of ten. The highest scoring act automatically went through to the Semi Final, while a sing-off selected the other Semi-Finalist.

Niamh Noade went straight through to the Semi Final after scoring 28 stars, performing “Lonely World”. After the sing-off, Caillin Joe McDonald went through to the Semi Final after performing “Shotgun”.

Tonight’s top two will join the following in the Semi Final:

• Lara Gleeson
• Clare Keeley
• Amber Dawes
• Marley-Peig Leonard
