Tonight, the third heat of Junior Eurovision Éire was broadcast. Seven acts took to the stage with the hope of making the Semi Final of this year’s Contest. Each act was awarded a mark out of ten. The highest scoring act automatically went through to the Semi Final, while a sing-off selected the other Semi-Finalist.

Sophie Lennon went straight through to the Semi Final after scoring 30 stars, performing “Circle of Life”. After the sing-off, Alison McGrath went through to the Semi Final after performing “Castles”.
