RTSH, the Albanian national broadcaster, has announced that they will be returning to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest this year, in Paris. They have joined Azerbaijan, Ireland, North Macedonia and Portugal in returning to the Contest. Italy and Wales are taking another year out due to the pandemic.

RTSH will announce in the coming days more details surrounding their 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest participation. A National Final has always been used in their previous participations.
