Turkistan has been chosen as the Host City for this year’s Turkvision Song Contest. While the Host City has been announced, neither a venue or a date for the Contest has been decided. Last year, the Contest returned online, after last taking place in 2015.

The Nogai ethnic group from Russia, are the first to confirm participation in this year’s Contest. A selection process will be organised to choose their representative at the 2021 Contest, in Turkistan.
