ESCplus have seen documentation from RTVE, the Spanish national broadcaster, outlining the stage specifications for this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest. When the European Broadcasting Union revealed the change in format, participating broadcasters had to agree to a similar stage set-up to allow fair play.

The stage specifications for 2020 are:

• A curved LED screen, measuring 4.5m high and 13.6m wide
• A floor LED screen, measuring 2.9m and 5.5m in radius
• A LED sphere, measuring 1m in diameter
