
In this series from Eurovision Ireland, we will be taking a look at the participating countries and their entries that have avoided the dreaded ‘Nul Points’ in the Grand Final – thanks to just one other participating country. Today we look at Latvia.
2003
In 2003, Latvia was represented by F.L.Y. in Riga. “Hello from Mars” would have been awarded the dreaded Nul Points had it not been for the Estonian Jury awarding Latvia 5 points. Latvia finished 24th out of a field of 26.
