RTCG, the national broadcaster of Montenegro, have revealed they will not be returning to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Warsaw this year.

While an updated reason for a non-return hasn’t been given, RTCG revealed to Eurofestivales last year, that they were not returning to the Contest in Gliwice due to financial reasons.
