The first act that will be participating in Melodifestivalen 2021, will be selected on Saturday 12th September – two weeks later than normal.

P4 Nasta is a radio Contest for upcoming artists and have selected one act for Melodifestivalen every year since 2013 – the winner taking part the following year. Acts to have qualified for Melodifestivalen have included EKO and Kalle Johansson.
