A small number of countries have had more than one broadcaster represent them at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, yet they weren’t all present in 2003.

VRT, one of two broadcasters to represent Belgium at the Contest will not be making a return this year. VRT were responsible for representing the Belgians after the initial rotation of representation with RTBF every year, between 2003-2006.

RTBF are yet to announce their intentions surrounding this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
