23. The Netherlands
24. Ireland
25. Cyprus
26. Italy
The Ukraine will open the show, while Italy will close. Spain have been issued with the dreaded second spot. Elsewhere, the UK take 9th position and Ireland the 24th.

oops, I forgot to put Estonia on my winners’ list !
I would be 100% happy if Cyprus, Lituania, Moldova, Finland, Portugal or France won ! (for my personal taste)
But everyone deserves to win for sure.
24th position for Ireland is good and again we will sing just before Cyprus..a hot favourite.
