Loreen took us higher and higher, all the way uh-uh-uh-uh-uppp with Euphoria – but Eurovision Ireland’s James and Bogdan took the cable car instead!
Running along the waterfront outside the Altice Arena, the Telecabina Lisboa (sometimes also called Teleférico do Parque das Nações) opened for tourists during Expo 1998 and gives visitors to the Portuguese capital a bird’s eye view of the coast and sights such as the Oceanário aquarium and Torre Vasco da Gama.
Curious to get a new perspective of goings on at the arena, Eurovision Ireland’s Bogdan and James hopped into cable car to see Lisbon from dizzying new heights. What did they see? Well why not join them yourself as they guide you around the Eurovision compound from the air!
