Welcome back to our series that looks at the artists that have progressed from the Junior Eurovision Song Contest to the Eurovision Song Contest.

Part 4: Michele Perniola & Anita Simoncini

Michele Perniola took part for San Marino back in 2013 and Anita Simoncini in 2014. In 2013, the contest took place in Kyiv and Michele Perniola finished 10th with 42 points. In 2014, the contest took place in Marsa and Anita Simoncini took part as part of The Peppermints – finishing 15th with 21 points.

Michele and Anita progressed to the Eurovision Song Contest stage in Vienna, 2015. They failed to progress past the second semi final. They placed 16th with their song Chain of Lights, gaining 11 points.
