Who will represent Italy at Eurovsion 2015? Well it could be one of three former Eurovision contestants!
RAI (Italian National Broadcaster) have this afternoon announced the 20 (not 16) contestants who will be competing at the Sanremo 2015 song festival. The winner of the contest will have the choice of representing Italy at Eurovision 2015 in Vienna.

The 20 acts that have been announced along with their song titles for the 2015 Sanremo festival and there are many familiar names including 3 former Eurovision contestants.
First up we have RAF who represented Italy at Eurovision in 1987 with the song ‘Gente di mare’ along with Umberto Tozzi. They placed 3rd at the contest.

Next you will see the name of Lara Fabian who is a world-famous singer from Canada living in Belgium and France. She represented Luxembourg at Eurovision 1988 in Dublin with the classic song ‘Croire’ that placed 4th at the contest.
If that was not enough for you then the Italian diva Nina Zilli returns to the festival. Nina represented Italy at Eurovision 2012 with the song ‘L’Amore È Femmina (Out Of Love)’ that went Top 10 for Italy.
