By definition A ‘Supernova’ is a stellar explosion that briefly outshines an entire galaxy, radiating as much energy as the Sun is expected to emit over its entire life span before fading. In the case of the former lead singer of 2011 Danish Eurovision Representatives A Friend in London, Tim Schou shows no sign of fading into the background – especially when we saw him in swimming shorts last year on Danish TV.

‘Supernova’ is the new song from the handsome Danish Eurovision singer. If you were in Copenhagen this year then you would have been treated to the many a performance from Tim at Euroclub. With energy, talent and good looks in abundance we are very happy to see him release a new song.
This is an extremely radio friendly song that is piano driven. If I didn’t know better I would have thought that this song was from a new American sensation. A mid tempo love song that shows a strong melody doesn’t need to be over produced. A great voice will shine through with intelligent lyrics.
At just a few seconds over 3 minutes long, this would be the perfect song for Eurovision #JustSayingTim. With a video that is simple it compliments the song. Who wouldn’t like to have Tim “chase you” over fiends and mountains to meet the affections of his desire at the top of a castle – this is a fairytale in the making.
‘Supernova’ is now on release and can be purchased on i-Tunes
We like to see the good guys win the girl!
Marks out of 12 – It has to be 10 Points. Tim loses 2 points because it wasn’t me whom he was chasing! A definite recommendation from us here at Eurovision Ireland.
