Eurovision Ireland’s Elaine Dove with Team Ding Dong aka – Krista from Finland

A marriage-equality themed parody to Finland’s Eurovision Song Contest entry, “Marry me” by Krista Siegfrids is being used by many equality and human rights groups across the world. The theme for the video is a young man’s dream to marry his heartthrob materializes as gay marriage becomes legal.

Eurovision fans from Switzerland, Israel, USA, Finland, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Iceland, Turkey, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, and the UK came together to create the amateur tribute parody video with the social message of Marriage Equality. 
It was shot in 10 countries with over 150 participants. Krista was asked for her permission to make the video and did not hesitate to give he “blessing” to the shoot.
