SBS, the Australian national broadcaster, have confirmed their continued non-participation at the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

As confirmed by the SBS press department to ESCspot, the network rules out participating and broadcasting the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026. It is currently unclear whether or not if ABC, the other national broadcaster will participate or broadcast the Contest.
