RTVE, the Spanish national broadcaster, have revealed a discussion will take place on their participation, at the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna.
Tomorrow, Tuesday 16th September at 08:30 BST/09:30 CEST, the RTVE Board of Directors will meet to discuss participation at the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest – a decision that will depend on Israel’s participation. Marta Flicht and Gonzalo Miró had the following to say:
“The conflict now turns its attention to Eurovision. We can tell you that the Board of Directors of Radiotelevisión Española will meet tomorrow, where the president of the corporation will propose Spain’s withdrawal from the Festival if Israel participates in Eurovision.”
