
The EBU, the European Broadcasting Union, had today set as the deadline day for broadcasters to apply to participate, in the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna.
Today is the final day for member broadcasters of the EBU to apply to participate at the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna. The broadcasters have until mid-December to withdraw from competing without financial penalty. The deadline for withdrawal without financial penalty, was extended due to the scheduled discussion surrounding Israeli participation. The EBU General Assembly on December 4th & 5th in Geneva, is when these discussions will take place.
