🇨🇾 #JESC25: Auditions Held This Weekend In Cyprus

CyBC, the Cypriot national broadcaster, are holding auditions across this weekend to find their representative, for the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi.

Auditions are taking place across this weekend in Nicosia, with 70 singers taking part. A 5-member jury, consisting of three adults & two children, will award each auditionee points, in the style of the Eurovision Song Contest – 12, 10, 8 down to 1. Points will be awarded based on vocal abilities, stage presence and the ability to perform a song. The auditionee with the most points will go on to represent Cyprus in Tbilisi.

Additionally, twenty songs have been submitted to CyBC following an open call. The songs are now under review and following a singer been chosen, the most suitable song will be matched to them.
