
İctimai TV, the Azerbaijani national broadcaster, have held auditions to find their representative, for the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi.
A six-member jury evaluated the performances of fifteen invited auditionees, following over sixty submissions. The six-member jury consisted of:
- Siyavush Karimi – People’s Artist of Azerbaijan, composer
- Govhar Hasanzade – Honored Artist of Azerbaijan, composer
- Vuqar Jamalzade – Honored Artist of Azerbaijan, composer
- Samira Efendi – represented Azerbaijan at the 2020 and 2021 Eurovision Song Contest
- Yashar Bakhish – Composer and music arranger
- Javid Imamverdiyev – Chief Director of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theatre
The six-member jury evaluated the performers’ stage performance, vocal abilities and charisma. The performer deemed to be the best by the jury will represent Azerbaijan in Tbilisi and will be announced in due course.
