Suspilne, the Ukrainian national broadcaster, have revealed a charity partner for Natsvidbir na Dytiache Yevrobachennia – their national selection for the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi.
Suspilne have announced a new partnership with Holosy ditey (Children’s Voices), which launched on Ukraine’s Independence Day and the campaign will run the duration of the Ukrainian national selection for 2025 – both Star School & Natsvidbir na Dytiache Yevrobachennia. Holosy ditey raises funds to offer psychological assistance to Ukrainian children affected by war.
Oksana Skybinska, Head of Delegation for Ukraine at both the Eurovision and Junior Eurovision Song Contest, had the following to say:
“The National Selection for Junior Eurovision is a social project aimed at supporting children, giving them joy and new opportunities. Unfortunately, a lot of Ukrainian children are suffering due to the full-scale war. In particular, war has a negative psychological impact. Air raids, shelling, explosions, loss of loved ones and relatives are what children are forced to face. Therefore, psychological support and rehabilitation are an extremely important area of fundraising. Together with Holosy ditey, we are launching this collaboration and hope that during this Junior Eurovision season, we will be able to raise money that will help improve the psychological well-being of as many children as possible.”
