
Télépro, the Belgian national media have announced the date for the 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians, in Yerevan.
While neither the EBU, the European Broadcasting Union or AMPTV, the Armenian national broadcaster have yet to confirm the news, Télépro have revealed that the 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians will take place on Saturday 6th June.
The EBU has announced changes to the competition and how it is organised. The EBU published the following on it’s website:
“Starting in 2026, Eurovision Young Musicians will follow a renewed contract model focused on sustainability and long-term planning.
Key changes include a two-year broadcaster commitment cycle, inflation-based fee indexation, an improved fallback hosting rule and enhanced rights management. These updates aim to improve predictability and coordination across future editions.”
