
RTSH, the Albanian national broadcaster, have announced the song submission window for Festivali i Këngës 64 – their national selection for the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest.
The song submission window for Festivali i Këngës 64 will open on Monday 1st September and will remain open until Tuesday 30th September. Song submissions can be made at festivali64@rtsh.al – the rules for song submissions are:
- Songs must be new and must not have been published before the contest.
- Songs must not be over 4 minutes long.
- Artists must be at least 16 years old.
- Submissions must include the full song and orchestral backing track with backing vocals (MP3), lyrics (Word), information about the songwriter(s) and the singer(s).
- Any songs created with the use of AI will be automatically disqualified.
- Anyone applying to Festivali i Këngës for the first time needs to attach a photo of the artist(s) to the application.
